You can choose the payment method that is best to you. This can include cash, credit or debit card and bank transfer. There is no extra cost for any of our payment methods. We normally request a deposit on booking, this is to secure your journey, especially at busy periods.
This is generally the most problematic issue for passengers. It is against the law to smoke in any of our vehicles. Eating and drinking is allowed only by prior agreement. There may be an additional cost involved in any eating or drinking, this is due to our cost of cleaning. All costs are contained within our terms and conditions.
We try to minimise this possibility. However, if you consider any of your party to not travel well, then you must inform the driver, who can take measures in an attempt to avoid this. However, if someone is sick onboard, there is a soilage charge, which reflects the cleaning, sanitising and cancelation of subsequent jobs on the day for the minibus.
Our drivers will either call or text you after your flight has landed. You and the driver agree a suitable meeting point, this could be either in or around the airport or within the arrival hall. Please note, any cost for parking or airport charge of any nature is the responsibility of the passengers.
We give you one full hour, once you have landed, to get to the pickup point. If you are delayed past this point, there may be a charge, but we do everything we can to avoid this.
We would monitor your flight for delays. If it is delayed, where possible we will not charge you, however, if that is not possible we would do everything we can to avoid this.
